The Roberts’ Beach Home is a beautiful, five bedroom, three bath destination located two hours on paved roads from Managua Airport, or three hours from Granada. The home sits on the beach amidst palm trees and flower gardens in the quiet and friendly village of Poneloya. You can watch endless sunsets over the pacific from the large second floor terrace, hang out at our ranchito on the beach or take a refreshing dip in the custom swimming pool, while the dolphin fountains splash cool water. Depending on the season, pick oranges or mangos from trees right on the property. Explore the village with its fishermen, restaurants and small hotels as well as the countryside, including the natural reserve of Juan Venado Island, the volcano Cerro Negro and historic Leon. This home has been completely improved with special touches such as hand painted ceramic tiles in the bathrooms that depict Pelicans and Sea Turtles. Smell the flowers in the breezeway while enjoying fresh made juices and authentic homemade dishes. Caretakers live on the property and are available for cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
